Keurig RFP Challenge

Generate spec creative showing how to grow consumer engagement by building upon Keurig’s already successful connected, shopping and coffee experiences.

Approach

We started by deep diving into keurigs current digital ecosystem, screenshotting everything and taking notes: whats working and where to improve.

In addition to a current state audit, we went out and found inspiration from other coffee makers and beyond.

After initial research was conducted, we did some brainstorming of ideas, journey mapping and mood boarding to shape the overall direction.

Outcomes

The mission:
Transform Keurig from a machine + pods company to a concierge service for coffee lovers.

Curated coffee for the whole family

We created a fully responsive online experience that allows Keurig customers to engage with the brand in a way that feels like visiting your local coffee shop, but still provides the scale and convenience the brand is built on.
